Once self-serve sign-up opens, every new account gets its first month on Business free, with no card. At the end of the month you move to Free unless you choose to subscribe. We never charge you on our own.
Yes. The listed prices are for annual billing. Month to month costs 15% more: Pro is $56.35/mo and Business is $171.35/mo.
Your techs keep working and drafts save as normal. Report limits reset each month, and a report counts once its PDF is approved. Approving reports and generating PDFs pauses until an admin adds a top-up pack (+25 reports for $19 or +100 for $59) or moves up a plan. Once self-serve sign-up opens, admins will get an email at 80% and 100% of the limit, so it won't catch you by surprise.
No. Every plan includes unlimited users, in the office and in the field.
Free reports carry clear Snap Job Reports branding. Pro keeps a smaller, subtler mark. Business removes it, so the report is entirely your brand.
No. Onboarding is self-serve and free on every plan.
Anytime, with no phone call and no reason needed. Once self-serve sign-up opens, cancelling is self-service in the admin portal (or just email support). Monthly plans run to the end of the paid cycle. Cancel an annual plan part-way and we refund the unused whole months pro-rata.
