If you're brand new, start with Onboarding — it walks the office through connecting ServiceM8 and a tech through signing in on their phone. Once the crew's in, Using the app is your day-to-day guide for both the phone app and the office side.
The FAQs answer the questions we get asked most. If you're stuck on something the docs don't cover, the Support page has an email and a contact form — we usually reply within one business day.
Platform note — Snap Job Reports works with ServiceM8 today. AroFlo, Simpro, FieldEdge and ServiceTitan are on the way. Use the platform switcher in the sidebar to see notes for each one; for now, only ServiceM8 has full instructions.
